Client data in AI and testing engagements

Data supplied by a client for an engagement is processed only for the purposes described in that engagement's contract, under the client's instructions. Where an engagement requires it, we deploy models within the client's own environment or private cloud tenancy so that records are not transmitted to third-party model providers. Storage locations, retention periods and deletion timelines are defined in the applicable agreement.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors for hosting, email and analytics. They may process personal information only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, and engagement data for the period set out in the relevant contract.
